When reporting a bug, please help us help you by being as detailed as possible:

  • Include Screenshots: A picture is worth a thousand words. Screenshots help us understand exactly what you're experiencing.
  • Steps to Reproduce: Tell us exactly what you were doing when the issue occurred so we can recreate it.
  • Browser & Device: Let us know which browser and device you're using (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.).
  • Error Messages: If you see any error messages, please include the exact text or take a screenshot.
  • When It Happened: Include the date and approximate time when the issue occurred.
